At LOHINI, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We hope you adore your purchase, but if it isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from any perfume, makeup, or marks — with all original tags attached. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You may return your item using any reliable courier service; however, we recommend using a tracked method, as LOHINI cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.
